Eaton Marketing is a family owned, manufacturer’s representative of food service equipment. We are currently looking for an inside sales support staff member. A professional, friendly, and positive attitude is a must. This position works in conjunction with another person to support our restaurant chain sales.

Responsibilities

• Bar layout design
• Project Estimating
• Service coordinator and parts sales
• Customer and factory liaison
• Knowledge of bar equipment in order to problem solve individual situations
• Processing purchase orders and follow through job to completion

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Active listener and effective communicator
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, quality and accuracy
• Strong time management skills, self-tasking and prioritization
• Can be relied upon to complete projects in a timely fashion
• Ability to problem solve for customers in a helpful manner
• Sense of humor in stressful situations
• Auto Cad a plus
• AutoQuotes
• Proficient MS Office Programs
• Proficient in using web based applications
