#### *We're hiring an Inside Sales Assistant in Clearwater, FL! Please see the job description below and fill out the form to the right, or email your resume to kelli@eaton-marketing.com. We look forward to hearing from you.* Eaton Marketing is a family owned, manufacturer’s representative of food service equipment. We are currently looking for an inside sales support staff member. A professional, friendly, and positive attitude is a must. This position works in conjunction with another person to support our restaurant chain sales.

#### Responsibilities

- Bar layout design
- Project Estimating
- Service coordinator and parts sales
- Customer and factory liaison
- Knowledge of bar equipment in order to problem solve individual situations
- Processing purchase orders and follow through job to completion

#### Qualifications and Skills

- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Active listener and effective communicator
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Strong time management skills, self-tasking and prioritization
- Can be relied upon to complete projects in a timely fashion
- Ability to problem solve for customers in a helpful manner
- **Sense of humor in stressful situations**
- Auto Cad a plus
- AutoQuotes
- Proficient MS Office Programs
- Proficient in using web based applications

#### Compensation

- Full-time, salaried position
